France: Sweden-based Paebbl has announced the success of an-ongoing partnership agreement for the supply of its CO₂-sequestering supplementary cementitious material (SCM) to NGE Group’s construction subsidiary Agilis. The construction firm is integrating the material into its slipform concrete formulations. The partners have found that the material reduces the embodied CO₂ of concrete in this ‘most demanding’ application by 28%, with no change to mix design. Industry efforts to decarbonise slipform concrete have previously encountered difficulties to its rigid performance requirements, according to Paebbl.

The partners commenced their collaboration with a successful deployment of Paebbl’s SCM in operations at Agilis’s Paris-Charles de Gaulle concrete batching plant earlier in 2026.
