US: SRM Concrete has announced its acquisition of ready-mix concrete producers Gerig Concrete and Mason Concrete, as well as the ready-mix concrete division of Doan Companies. The acquisitions of Gerig Concrete and Mason Concrete expand SRM Concrete’s coverage in the Central Florida and Central Georgia respectively. Meanwhile, Doan Companies’ ready-mix concrete division expands its operations in South East Michigan by four plants, to 16.
