Kazakhstan: Sika has inaugurated its new concrete admixtures and mortars plant at Ust-Kamenogorsk in East Kazakhstan. Dow Jones Newswires has reported that the plant is Sika’s fourth in the country. It is intended to serve growing demand from the local mining and construction sectors.
