Vietnam: Tin Thanh Construction – Trade and Service has secured approval for its upcoming US$1.55m Cat Khanh building materials complex in De Gi commune, scheduled to commence operation in early 2028. Vietnam’s Ministry of Information and Communication has reported that the complex will include a precast concrete products plant capable of producing 7000 units/yr of centrifugal concrete drainage pipes and a 100m3/hr ready-mix concrete batching plant.
