Australia: Otway Precast has supplied 3000t of precast concrete structural elements for the construction of a bioreactor as part of Wannon Water’s US$60.7m upgrade of the Warrnambool sewage treatment plant in Victoria. Inside Construction News has reported that the bioreactor is 7m deep with a rectangular 57 x 57m footprint, giving an 18Ml treatment capacity.
