Malta: Private investor Charles Polidano has applied to build a new precast concrete plant at his Ħal Farruġ industrial complex, Malta Today News has reported. The plans also include a heavy goods vehicle park.
The Environment and Resources Authority raised an objection that “The proposed sprawl beyond the area of containment is not supported from an environmental point of view.”
